At GhaniChokhii, each piece is made with love and care. We strive to ensure you have a delightful experience with us. However, if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help:

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in case of a defective item received.

• To process a refund, the customer must share proper photos and videos of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.

• Once verified and the fault is found at our end, a refund will be initiated.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Refunds will be provided in the form of a credit note or coupon code for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Exchange is subject to availability of the required size.

• Please note: Shipping charges of Rs 100 for exchange will be borne by the customer.
